By creating a Tronqa workspace you agree to these terms.

Service

Tronqa provides software for invoicing, estimates, payments tracking, projects, time, expenses, and related features. Country packs help format tax invoices; they are not legal advice or certified e-invoicing clearance (e.g. ZATCA Phase-2 Fatoora). Tronqa provides Phase-2 tooling (UBL sign, QR, API submit) but is not itself a ZATCA-certified EGS - verify compliance with your tax advisor.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure invoice content, tax IDs, and amounts are accurate for your jurisdiction
• Keep login credentials secure and manage team roles appropriately
• Comply with applicable tax, privacy, and consumer laws when billing clients

Availability & liability

We aim for reliable uptime but the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, incorrect tax filings, or third-party payment processor outages.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that abuse the system, spam clients, or attempt unauthorized access.
